New York: Big City Lights

CHRISTMAS in NYC

For a long time, I dreamed of returning to New York and finally managed to come back for the Christmas holidays The Big Apple is cold but cozy and alive as I remembered it. Me and Teo as usual we have ground a few miles on foot, and it was nice to go around for the neighborhoods and to be surprised by the charming streets and the Christmas atmosphere that breathed in every corner. When the frosty wind cut off our face we knew it was time to stop and find comfort in the many cafes in the area. We decided to stay in Brooklyn specifically at Park Slope, very quiet quarters where the kind Christine hosted us.. We highly recommend the Brooklyn Market for those who love collecting original and vintage souvenirs and try the lobster roll from the guys of Red Hook Lobster Pound. For something sweet instead try the whoopy pie from One Girl Cookie Bakery, there are four different shop in the city, I recommend you go to the one located at Industry City (near the flea market) because the bakery’s walls are awesome and have been illustrated by the handsome Jing Wei.
